How to play Seed Sow
Seed Sow is a two-row sowing game on a carved wooden board: six pits per side, four seeds in each, and a store at each end. Lift all the seeds from one of your pits and drop them one by one, counter-clockwise, skipping your opponent's store. End in your own store and you play again. End in an empty pit of yours with seeds opposite and you capture them all.
Play the bot at three strengths (easy, medium, hard) and choose who moves first, or pass the screen to a friend. Every seed is animated step by step, so each move is easy to follow. Undo takes a move back, and a hint can be unlocked with an optional video.
The game ends when one side runs out of seeds; the other side's seeds go to its owner and the bigger store wins. Your win streak against the bot is saved on your device. It runs in the browser with no download and no account.

FAQ
How do I win?
Collect more seeds in your store than your opponent. The game ends when one side is empty; the seeds left on the other side go to that side's owner.
What gives an extra turn?
If the last seed of your move lands in your own store, you move again. The pit counts that do it are 1 from the pit next to the store, 2 from the next one, and so on.
How does a capture work?
If your last seed lands in an empty pit on your own side and the pit opposite has seeds, you take those seeds plus your last seed into your store.
Can I play a friend on one device?
Yes. Choose A friend in the menu and take turns clicking your own row. There are also three bot strengths and an undo button.
Is Seed Sow free?
Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no download and no account.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. It runs on phones, tablets and computers. Tap a pit on your side. Undo and Hint buttons below the board.
