Terms of use

These terms apply when you use CIRVAI GAMES, operated by CIRVAI ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

We provide free browser games and information about them. You do not need an account. We may change, add or remove games and features, or stop the service, at any time.

2. Who can use it

You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country. If you are under that age, use the site only with a parent or guardian. Games marked as made for young players are meant to be played with a parent or guardian nearby.

3. What you may do

You may play the games for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may link to the site and to individual game pages.

4. What you may not do

• copy, host, sell or redistribute the games or the site's content, or put a game on another site, without our written permission;
• decompile, reverse engineer or tamper with the games or the site, except where the law gives you that right;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to collect content or to load the site in a way that burdens it;
• interfere with ads or with the way the site works, or try to gain access to anything you are not meant to reach;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

5. Ownership

The games, text, artwork and code on the site belong to CIRVAI or to the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Using the site gives you the right to play, not to own anything. Game genres and ideas such as sliding tiles, tic-tac-toe or solitaire are common to many games. Any names or trademarks that appear belong to their owners and appear only to describe a type of game; they do not mean that the owners are connected with us.

6. Ads and third parties

Games and pages may show ads and may link to other sites. We do not control those sites or the ads from our ad partners and are not responsible for them. How ad data is handled is explained on the Privacy page.

7. Your data

How we handle information is described on the Privacy page. Game progress is stored in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data, change devices or the game is updated; we cannot restore it.

8. No guarantees

The site and the games are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep them working and free of errors, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, CIRVAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us for using it (which for a free site is nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Copyright and content complaints

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, write to hello@cvai.games with: who you are, what you believe is infringed and where it is on the site, why you believe it infringes, and a statement that the information is accurate. We will review it promptly and remove or correct content where appropriate.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the site at any time. We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it. For material changes we will make the change visible on the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where CIRVAI is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
