How to play Cricket Slog
Cricket Slog is a quick limited-overs batting game. You face a bowler from behind the stumps: wait for the ball to reach the ring, then swing. When you tap decides how well you hit it, and where you tap decides the shot: left or right of the centre sends it to the leg or off side, higher up lofts it over the infield.
The field is drawn on the mini map, so you can aim at the gaps. Ground shots that beat the fielders race to the rope for four, a high shot with good timing clears it for six, but a lofted shot that finds a fielder is caught. Miss a ball that was heading for the stumps and you are bowled. Pace bowlers, swing, spin, yorkers, bouncers and slower balls all need different timing, and wides and no-balls give extras and a free hit.
Play 12 chase matches that get faster and tighter, earn up to three stars in each for finishing early, unlock new team kits, or go for a high score in Slog mode with only two wickets. An optional video can give an extra wicket or an extra over after a lost innings. Your progress is saved on your device.

FAQ
How do I hit the ball?
Wait until the ball reaches the ring in front of the bat, then tap, click or press Space. A swing close to that moment gives a perfect hit; too early or too late gives a weak shot, an edge or a miss.
How do I choose where the ball goes?
Where you aim sets the shot. Left or right of the centre sends it to the leg or off side; the mini map shows the fielders so you can find a gap. Aim higher up the screen for a lofted shot, lower for a ground shot.
When is a shot a four or a six?
A ground shot that gets past the fielders and reaches the rope is a four. A lofted shot that lands beyond the rope is a six, but if it comes down near a fielder, it is caught.
What are wides, no-balls and free hits?
A wide ball that you leave alone scores one extra and has to be bowled again. A no-ball also gives one extra and the next ball is a free hit, where you cannot be out.
What is Slog mode?
A score-attack innings of four overs with only two wickets and bowlers that get tougher every over. Your best score is saved.
Is Cricket Slog free?

Can I play on my phone?
Yes. It runs on phones, tablets and computers. Touch and hold to aim (left or right of centre picks the side, higher is a lofted shot), then lift your finger at the right moment to swing.
