How to play Turn Quest
Turn Quest is a turn-based adventure for three heroes. Rowan the Knight protects the party, Ilex the Mage throws fire, ice and lightning, and Wren the Druid heals and weakens foes. Every battle you pick a skill for the hero whose turn it is, choose a target, and watch the turn order bar to see who acts next.
Enemies have weaknesses. The icon over a monster shows the element it dislikes: use it for extra damage and save your magic for the right moment. Some skills stun or burn, a shield halves the damage you take, and every boss gathers power for one huge blow that you can prepare for with Guard or Bulwark.
Between battles you rest at camp, spend gold at the shop and the forge, and check your skills and the monsters you have met. Cross the Mossy Meadow, the Ember Caves and the Frost Peaks, then see how deep you can go into the endless Deep Dark. Use Auto and Fast when you want quick battles. Progress is saved on your device.
Controls
Mouse: click the command buttons and click an enemy to target it. Keys: 1 to 6 pick a command, Esc goes back, P pauses, M mutes.

FAQ
How do turns work?
Every hero and enemy has a speed. The bar above your party shows who acts next, so a fast enemy can act twice before a slow hero. Choose a command when it is a hero's turn: a skill, Guard or an item.
What do the icons over the enemies mean?
Each icon is the element the enemy is weak to: fire, ice, leaf or shock. Hit it with that element for 1.5 times damage. Resisted elements deal half.
How do I get stronger?
Win battles to earn experience and gold. The whole party levels up, new skills unlock at levels 3 and 5, and at camp you can rest, buy supplies and upgrade your weapons and armour at the forge.
Is there an ending?
You travel through three realms with a boss at the end of each. After the last boss the Deep Dark begins: an endless run of tougher battles where your furthest battle is saved as your record.

Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no download and no account.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. It runs on phones, tablets and computers. Tap a command, then tap an enemy or a hero to target. Use Auto and Fast for quick battles. The pause button is at the top right.
