How to play Tank Duel
Tank Duel is a top-down tank battle with a cartoon, toy-box look. In the campaign you clear stages of enemy tanks that sneak in from the top of the arena and aim for your flag. Bricks break, steel does not (until your shells are fully charged), water stops tanks but not shells, and bushes give cover. Every fifth stage ends with a crowned boss tank.
Collect the bubbles dropped by flashing tanks: a star for stronger and faster shells, a shield, a freeze that stops the enemy for a few seconds, a confetti burst, an extra life, and a steel fence for your flag.
Play it your way: the campaign alone, co-op for two on one keyboard, or a duel with three hearts each against an easy, normal or hard bot or against a friend, first to win three rounds. Every stage number has its own generated layout, and the duel arenas are mirrored so both sides get the same map.
Progress, best scores and settings are saved on your device, so you can close the tab and come back later. The game runs in the browser with no download and no account.

FAQ
How do I play with a friend?
Choose Co-op on the start screen to fight the enemy tanks together on one keyboard, or choose Duel and then Two players to play against each other. Player one drives with the arrow keys or WASD and shoots with Space; player two uses I, J, K, L and Enter.
Which walls can I destroy?
Brick walls break when a shell hits them, in strips two cells wide. Steel walls only break when your tank has collected three stars. Water blocks tanks but shells fly over it, and bushes only give cover.
What do the power-up bubbles do?
A star makes shells faster and later lets you fire two at a time and break steel, the shield protects you for ten seconds, freeze stops all enemy tanks for six seconds, the confetti burst pops weak enemy tanks, the heart adds a life and the fence turns the walls around your flag into steel for fifteen seconds.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. The stage you reached, your best score, duel wins and the sound setting are saved on your device, so you can come back to the same stage later.
Is Tank Duel free?
Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no download and no account.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. It runs on phones, tablets and computers. Left stick drives your tank, the round button on the right shoots.
