How to play Rope Cut
Rope Cut is a physics puzzle about timing. A sweet hangs from one to three ropes above a hungry green blob. Swipe across a rope to cut it, let the sweet swing or fall, and steer it into the open mouth, collecting up to three golden stars on the way.
The 36 levels come in six worlds and add one idea at a time: two and three ropes, hooks that slide back and forth, wooden walls that stop the fall, bouncy bumpers, spike balls that burst the sweet, and floating bubbles that lift it until you tap to pop them. Every level was checked by a simulation to be solvable with all three stars, so a missed star is always a timing problem, never a bug.
Stuck? Watch a short optional video for a hint that glows on the first rope to cut, or skip a level. Your stars and settings are saved on your device. Works with mouse, touch or keys, and fits phones, tablets and small game windows.

FAQ
How do I cut a rope?
Press and drag across the rope with the mouse or your finger, like a knife. Keys 1, 2 and 3 cut the first, second and third rope.
How do I get three stars?
Stars hang along the path the sweet takes when you cut at the right moment. Watch the swing, cut a little earlier or later and try again; every level can be done with all three.
What are bubbles for?
A bubble lifts the sweet upwards. Tap or swipe through it to pop it when the sweet is above the spot you want to drop from.
Is there a hint?
Yes. The light bulb button plays a short optional video and then makes the first rope to cut glow. The skip button moves on with one star.
Is Rope Cut free?
Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no download and no account.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. It runs on phones, tablets and computers. Swipe a finger across a rope to cut it. Tap a bubble to pop it. Use the buttons on top to restart, get a hint, skip or pause.
