How to play Pixel Reveal
Pixel Reveal is a number-clue picture puzzle. Every row and every column carries numbers that tell you how many filled squares it holds in a row, in order, with gaps between the groups. Work out which squares are filled, which are empty, and a hidden pixel picture lights up in colour when you finish.
Paint with a click or a tap, or drag to fill a whole line at once. Put an X on squares you know are empty with the Mark tool or a right click. Finished rows and columns grey out their clues and mark the rest of the line for you. A wrong guess is refused on the spot and costs a star, so every picture can be solved by pure logic, no guessing needed.
There are 60 pictures that grow from small 5 by 5 boards to big 12 by 12 ones, a gallery that keeps the pictures you revealed with their stars, and an optional video that reveals one whole row when you are stuck. Your progress is saved on your device.
Controls
Click: fill. Drag: paint a line. Right click or Mark tool: X. Arrows move, Space fills, X marks, Z undoes, M sound, Esc menu.

FAQ
How do the numbers work?
A number is a run of filled squares in that row or column. Two numbers such as 2 3 mean a run of two, at least one gap, then a run of three. Finished lines grey out.
Do I have to guess?
No. Every picture can be solved by logic alone, line by line. A wrong fill is refused, shows an X and costs a star.
What are the stars?
Three stars for a picture without mistakes, two for one or two, one for more. Replay a picture from the gallery to improve it.
What does Reveal row do?
After a short optional video it fills one whole row of the picture you are working on. It is never required.
Is Pixel Reveal free?
Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no download and no account.
Can I play on my phone?
