How to play Typing Racer
Typing Racer is a racing game driven by your keyboard. Four cars line up on a four-lane road and a line of text appears below: every right key moves your car one step toward the finish flag, a wrong key slides it back and breaks your streak. Type 20 keys in a row without a mistake and your car fires a nitro burst that makes each key worth one and a half steps.
The rival cars type at a steady speed with small bursts, so every race is a fair chase. Early levels use short everyday words; later levels add longer words and full sentences with commas and full stops. Rivals get faster each level, and every fifth level has a named boss. Finish first or second to unlock the next level and earn up to three stars: one for a podium finish, two for a win, three for a win with at least 97% accuracy.
Coins from every race buy new cars in the garage and nitro tank upgrades that start the burst sooner. Capital letters are never needed. On a phone or tablet use the on-screen keys, which light up the next letter. Your best speed in words per minute, stars, coins and cars are saved on your device.
Controls
Type the highlighted letters on your keyboard (no capitals needed). Esc: pause. The KEYS button shows or hides the on-screen keyboard.

FAQ
Do I need capital letters?
No. Capital and small letters count the same, so a sentence can be typed entirely in lower case.
What happens when I press a wrong key?
The text does not move on, your car slides back a little and your nitro streak starts again. Press the right key to continue.
How do I unlock the next level?
Finish in first or second place. Stars: one for the podium, two for a win, three for a win with 97% accuracy or better.
Can I play on a phone?
Yes. The on-screen keyboard appears on touch devices and highlights the next key. The KEYS button turns it on or off.
