How to play Rock Blaster
Rock Blaster puts you in a small ship in an open sky where everything wraps around the edges. Turn, thrust and shoot: every big rock splits into two medium ones, each of those into two small ones, and the small ones are the fastest. Clear a wave to start the next one, with more and faster rocks.
Broken rocks sometimes drop power-ups: rapid fire, a triple shot, a shield refill, an extra bomb or an extra life. Hold the shield to bump rocks away while its energy lasts, or fire a bomb to hit every rock on the screen at once. Flying saucers shoot back from wave 2, and every fifth wave brings a big boss rock with a health bar.
Score earns extra bombs and extra lives. You have three lives and can watch an optional video to continue once after a game over. Your best score is saved on your device. The game runs in the browser with no download and no account.

FAQ
How do the rocks split?
A large rock breaks into two medium rocks and each medium rock into two small ones. Small rocks vanish when hit, but they are fast.
What does the shield do?
Hold it to be safe from rocks and shots while its energy lasts. Bumping a rock with it breaks the rock but costs energy. It recharges when you let go.
What is the bomb for?
It hits every rock on the screen once and destroys saucers. You start with one and earn more with score or from power-ups, up to three.
How many lives do I have?
Three. You earn an extra life every 12,000 points, and after a game over you can watch a video to continue once.
Is Rock Blaster free?
Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no download and no account.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. It runs on phones, tablets and computers. Left thumb: drag to aim and push further to thrust. Right side buttons: fire, shield and bomb.
