How to play Peg Jump
Peg Jump is a one-player jumping puzzle on a polished wooden board. Every hole holds a peg except one. Jump a peg over a neighbouring peg into the empty hole behind it: the peg you jumped is removed. Keep jumping until no moves are left, and try to finish with a single peg.
Play the ladder of 24 puzzles, each one built so that a one-peg finish exists, or pick a classic board: the cross, a wider cross, a triangle, a pyramid and a hexagon, each with a choice of start hole. After every game you get a rating from Lonely to Genius, up to three stars, and a note when your last peg lands in the hole you started from.
Undo as often as you like, and use the hint button to see a jump that can still lead to a one-peg finish, or to learn that the position is lost. Best results and progress are saved on your device, so you can close the tab and come back later. The game runs in the browser with no download and no account.

FAQ
How do I win?
Jump pegs until only one is left on the board. A lone peg in the hole you started from is a perfect finish.
Can I undo a jump?
Yes, as often as you like: use the Undo button or press Z, even after the game has ended.
What does the hint do?
It shows a jump that can still lead to a one-peg finish. If no such jump exists it tells you the position is lost, and on big boards it may say it is only a good guess. You get 2 free hints per game.
How do I open the next puzzle?
Finish a puzzle with 2 pegs or fewer left, or try it 3 times, and the next one opens.
Is Peg Jump free?
Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no download and no account.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. It runs on phones, tablets and computers. Tap a peg, then a glowing hole, or drag the peg. Undo, Hint and Restart are the buttons at the bottom.
