How to play Maze Muncher
Maze Muncher is a fast arcade maze chase. You steer Mumpo, a round coral critter with big ears, through a maze and eat every glowing seed while four chasers hunt you. Every chaser has its own habit: Barb heads straight for you, Lurk aims ahead of you, Flank cuts you off from the other side, and Dozer chases from far away but sulks off to its corner when it gets close.
Each corner holds a power gem. Eat one and the chasers turn scared and dizzy for a few seconds, so you can catch them for 200, 400, 800 and then 1600 points in a row; eaten chasers float home as eyes and come back out. Side tunnels wrap around the maze, and a bonus fruit appears twice per maze. You start with three lives and earn a new one at 10,000 points.
Every level brings a brand new maze with no dead ends, faster chasers and a shorter scare time. Steer with the arrow keys or WASD, pause with P, or swipe on a phone to choose your next turn. Your best score and deepest maze are saved on your device, and after your last life you can watch a short video for one extra life.

How do I win a maze?
Eat every seed and power gem in the maze. The next level then starts with a new maze and faster chasers.
What does a power gem do?
It makes all chasers scared for a few seconds. Touch a scared chaser to eat it for 200, 400, 800 and 1600 points in a row. The scare gets shorter on later levels.
How many lives do I get?
Three. You win an extra life at 10,000 points and then every 30,000 points. After your last life you can watch a short video for one more life, once per game.
Are my scores saved?
Yes. Your best score, deepest maze and sound settings are saved on your device. No account is needed.
