How to play Hook Swing
A round pink hero swings from hook to hook through a glowing cave. Press and hold to catch the nearest hook above you, keep holding to wind the rope in and gain speed, and let go to fly on to the next one. Fall into the pit or touch a crystal mine and you restart from the last checkpoint.
There are 24 levels. They start with wide gaps and bounce pads under you, then add swaying hooks, hanging rocks and crystal mines. Coins hang along the swing arcs, stars depend on your time, and the coins buy new skins for the hero. Best times are saved.
Progress, best times and settings are saved on your device, so you can close the tab and come back later. The game runs in the browser with no download and no account.
Controls
Hold the mouse button or Space to hook the nearest hook above you, release to let go. Esc or P pauses, R restarts the level.
Touch and hold anywhere to hook, lift your finger to let go and fly.

How do I hook?
Press and hold the mouse button, Space or your finger. The hero grabs the nearest hook above it; you do not aim.
How do I go faster?
Keep holding: the rope winds in while you swing and the swing speeds up. Let go after the lowest point of the arc to fly forward.
What happens when I fall?
You restart, waiting in the air, at the last checkpoint. Nothing else is lost; coins collected so far in the level are kept.
What are coins for?
Coins buy skins for the hero. You also get 3 coins per star at the end of a level.
