How to play Helix Drop
Helix Drop is a one-finger arcade game. A ball bounces down a tower made of rings, and you turn the tower so each bounce lands on a gap and the ball drops through to the next ring. Safe slices make the ball bounce, dark slices end the attempt, so watch the slice under the ball and the gap below it.
Fall through three rings without a bounce and the ball turns into a fireball: its next landing smashes the ring, dark slices included, and scores a bonus. Hold the quick drop to fall faster when you are sure of the way down. Every level is a taller tower with narrower gaps and more dark slices, and the finish platform at the bottom ends the level.
You earn coins for every ring you pass and a bonus for each finished level; spend them on ball skins. You may continue a failed attempt once per level by watching an optional video, and double the coins of a finished level the same way. Progress, best score, coins and settings are saved on your device. The game runs in the browser with no download and no account.

FAQ
What happens when the ball hits a dark slice?
The attempt ends. You can try the same tower again, or watch an optional video to continue from the next ring.
What is a smash?
Pass three rings in a row without bouncing and the ball catches fire. Its next landing breaks the ring, even a dark one, and gives bonus points.
What are coins for?
You earn coins for each ring you pass and for each finished level. Spend them on new ball skins in the menu.
Is there a quick way down?
Yes. Hold Space or the Down key, or the round arrow button on a phone, to fall faster. Landings follow the same rules.
Is Helix Drop free?
